2. General notes
Protecting your personal data is important to us. We handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data-protection rules and this privacy policy.
3. Data collection on this website
Hosting
When you visit this website our web server stores access data in so-called server log files: visited page, date and time, transferred data volume, indication of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and the requesting IP address. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical operation and security of the website). Data is deleted automatically after seven days unless security incidents apply.
Contact
The contact form on this website opens your installed email client and does not transmit data to our servers. Only when you send the email do your details (name, email address, possibly company and phone, and your message) reach us. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry).
Cookies and local storage
This website uses cookies and comparable storage technologies only to the extent you have consented to. Without your consent, only technically necessary cookies and storage entries are used, which are required for the operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cookies for reach measurement are set only after your express consent; details are set out in the following section.
We store your decision from the cookie banner in your browser's local storage under the key "phoenix-consent". It contains your decision, the time of the decision and its version. This entry is technically necessary so that we can respect your decision on subsequent page views. It remains in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
You can withdraw or give your consent at any time with effect for the future via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this website.
Web analytics with Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The measurement ID used is G-T55DG40V3T.
Google Analytics is loaded only after your active consent. As long as you have not consented, nothing is loaded and nothing is stored: no connection to Google takes place, not even a retrieval of the script. We use Google Consent Mode v2; the default setting for all purposes is "denied".
Only after you click "Accept" is the gtag.js script loaded and are cookies set (_ga and _ga_T55DG40V3T, with a lifetime of up to two years). The legal basis for this is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 (1) TDDDG.
The following data is collected: shortened IP address, page views, time spent on the site, approximate location, device and browser information and the referrer URL. The purpose of the processing is reach measurement and the improvement of our services. The collected data is deleted by Google after 14 months.
Data may be transferred to the USA to Google LLC. This is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023) and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses. We point out that US authorities may under certain circumstances gain access to this data.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this website. Independently of this, you can object to collection by Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on provided by Google: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
4. Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, and a right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data. You also have the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR).
5. Authoritative version
For legal certainty, the German version of our privacy policy is authoritative. See /datenschutz for the full German text.
