01 Day 1

Briefing & role profile

A 60-minute conversation in person — afterwards we know your role, your team, your culture. That becomes the profile we search against.

02 Week 1–3

Candidate sourcing & screening

Active sourcing, matching from our pool and direct approach — we check both technical fit and culture before introducing anyone.

03 Week 3–6

Interviews & selection

We present 3–5 vetted profiles with our recommendation. You run the interviews — we moderate where it helps.

04 Week 6–8

Contract & onboarding

We facilitate negotiation and signing, and stay in touch with both sides during the probation period. Re-placement guaranteed.

How does the collaboration work?

We start with a personal briefing, define the search profile and then work in regular updates — transparent, predictable, without unnecessary loops.

How long does a placement take on average?

Six to eight weeks from briefing to signing. We present the first matching profiles within the first ten working days — often considerably earlier when the profile fits our active pool.

How large is your talent pool?

More than 4,500 active profiles in Banking & Finance, Legal & Tax and Office — DACH-wide. On top, we use active sourcing and our network of specialists who do not look publicly.

How do you ensure the quality of placements?

We assess every candidate technically and culturally — you only see profiles we consider a fit. If a placement leaves during the probation period, we re-place the role without additional fee.

Where are you based and where do you place?

Our office is in central Munich (Hopfenstraße 8). From there we place DACH-wide — primarily across the German-speaking region. For international roles at German groups, please reach out directly.
